Throughout our therapeutic relationship, you’ll feel safe and find comfort while working toward putting the pieces of your life back together.

Kelly Periano
Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, MFTA

People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. You may be feeling stuck as an individual,
have a challenge in your relationship, or are experiencing a difficult life transition. I work with
individuals, as well as couples, and families. I have an aptitude and training in working with
families and individuals of the LGBTQ community.

My approach is to create a compassionate and supportive environment where, together, we can
collaborate to identify the issues and patterns that are producing unhappiness in your life and
relationships. My therapy space – virtual or in person – is a place where you can explore the
issues that are creating barriers in your life and provide strategies and solutions to get you to a
position where you can find peace in your life and focus on what brings your life joy.

My style is warm, pragmatic and non-judgmental, as I work with you to navigate through some
of life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where, together, we can
develop a roadmap to meet your needs and goals.

Alexandra Miranda-Castillo, LMFT

Alexandra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the mental health field since 2017 in various settings and has helped individuals, couples, and families of different cultures and configurations.

Alexandra believes that, with her, therapy is compassionate, authentic, and realistic. In the therapeutic space, Alexandra uses various methods to build mutual insight into your personal history, family legacy, and social location. You’ll have the opportunity to examine your culture and learned identity. With that information, you will transform what may seem like inescapable generational curses into a bright new future.

Alexandra is a relational and systemic therapist, which allows for a collaborative therapeutic process to help you understand your place in the world and write a life story that taps into your power and potential. If you wish to rewrite your story, contact Alexandra, and let’s get to the drawing board.
