Kelly Periano
Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, MFTA
People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. You may be feeling stuck as an individual,
have a challenge in your relationship, or are experiencing a difficult life transition. I work with
individuals, as well as couples, and families. I have an aptitude and training in working with
families and individuals of the LGBTQ community.

My approach is to create a compassionate and supportive environment where, together, we can
collaborate to identify the issues and patterns that are producing unhappiness in your life and
relationships. My therapy space – virtual or in person – is a place where you can explore the
issues that are creating barriers in your life and provide strategies and solutions to get you to a
position where you can find peace in your life and focus on what brings your life joy.
My style is warm, pragmatic and non-judgmental, as I work with you to navigate through some
of life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where, together, we can
develop a roadmap to meet your needs and goals.

Alexandra is a relational and systemic therapist, which allows for a collaborative therapeutic process to help you understand your place in the world and write a life story that taps into your power and potential.
